This Privacy Policy applies to the FrameQ mobile application, hereby referred to as the “Application,” “App,” or “FrameQ,” created by Kamalaben Modi, hereby referred to as the “Service Provider.”

FrameQ is an art staging and mockup app for visual artists. It lets users photograph a piece of artwork, place it on a wall in a photorealistic interior room, fine-tune the framing, mat, shadow, and lighting, and export the finished mockup for use on social media, online marketplaces, prints, and similar purposes. This service is provided as an “AS IS” service.

Information We Collect

Artwork Images and User-Provided Content

FrameQ allows users to import photos of their artwork from the device photo library or capture new photos using the device camera. These images, along with any project details you create such as artwork dimensions, room selections, framing choices, and saved mockups, are used only to provide the app’s core features.

This content is stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not upload, sell, rent, or share your artwork images or personal content for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Camera and Photo Library Access

FrameQ requests access to your camera and photo library solely so you can import or capture artwork to stage, and so you can save your exported mockups back to your photo library. Access is used only for these features and only after you grant permission. You can change or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Data Storage and Retention

Your imported artwork, saved projects, favorites, and related settings are stored locally on your device. The Service Provider retains this information only for as long as necessary to provide the app’s functionality, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You may delete saved projects at any time within the Application. You can also stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application, which removes locally stored content.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

• App version
• Crash logs
• Basic analytics and performance data
• Device type
• Operating system version

This information is used only to improve app performance, stability, reliability, and user experience.

How We Use Information

Collected information may be used only to:

• Import, display, and stage your artwork within rooms
• Let you fine-tune framing, mat, shadow, lighting, and layout
• Save, reopen, and export your mockups
• Manage subscriptions and in-app purchases
• Detect and fix crashes or technical issues
• Improve app performance and reliability
• Analyze general usage trends through aggregated or anonymized data

The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share your artwork images or personal information for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services for analytics, performance monitoring, crash reporting, subscriptions, and app functionality. These services may include:

User Consent

Information is provided only after explicit user action. By importing artwork, creating mockups, and using the Application, users consent to the processing of their information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. You may also revoke camera and photo library permissions at any time in your device settings.

Children’s Policy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be deleted promptly.

Security of Data

The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards to protect user information during storage, transmission, and processing. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Users are advised to review this page regularly for any updates. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
